I'm W/Mo and I'm wondering how to get the spell Healing Breeze for my non-PvP character? I know its like one of the first spells for Monk first profession. Oh, and is it possible to get it without using the Signet of Capture?

you can get it from the skill trainer in ascalon ( post searing )
